Quorum reads each issue and suggests the most relevant contacts from the building address book: the lift company, the plumber on call, the electrician. Managers track every issue through its full lifecycle, and the discussion thread keeps everyone aligned without a single WhatsApp message.

The piece of paper taped to the lift door was the old way. Quorum replaces it with digital announcements that reach every resident instantly, with optional attachments, type labels and expiry dates so the board stays current and nothing gets missed.

In every resident's language
A Luxembourg building rarely speaks one language. Quorum works in French, English, German and Luxembourgish, so each resident reads announcements, reports issues and follows discussions in the language they're comfortable with. In assembly debates, comments are even auto-translated — so a French-speaking and a German-speaking owner can follow the same conversation, each in their own language.
