Do I really not need a credit card?
Correct. You start the 3-month free trial with no card and no commitment. We only ask for payment details if you decide to continue.
How is the price calculated?
Per unit in your building — not per resident. Co-ownership buildings are €5.50/unit/month billed annually (€7 quarterly); individual rentals are €4/room/month annually (€5 quarterly).
Can I switch between quarterly and annual?
Yes. You can change your billing period at any time; annual billing is the cheaper rate.
What happens after the 3 free months?
Nothing automatic. We let you know before the trial ends, and you only pay if you choose to keep using Quorum.
