By accessing or using Quorum ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including residents and building managers.
Quorum is a digital property management platform designed for European condominium buildings. The Service provides tools for resident communication, building assembly management, vote collection, financial tracking, issue reporting, and document storage.
Access to the Service requires a valid building invite code issued by a building manager. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
Building registration requires an annual fee of €100, billed upfront at the time of onboarding. An additional fee of €4 per active resident per month is charged monthly to the payment method on file. The annual fee is non-refundable. Monthly resident fees are calculated at the beginning of each billing cycle based on the number of active resident accounts. Prices may be updated with 30 days written notice.
New buildings may use the Service free of charge for the first 30 days. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, billing commences as described in Section 4. If payment is not provided, access to the Service will be suspended.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm other users, to distribute spam or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, or to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
Quorum stores data using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Your data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Resident data is accessible only to other verified residents and managers of the same building. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
All content, design, and software comprising the Service are the exclusive property of Quorum. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Quorum is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or decisions made based on information provided by the platform.
Either party may terminate the Service relationship at any time. Building managers may remove resident accounts. Quorum reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a 30-day retention period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City.
