Know where every euro goes.

Budget planning and expense tracking made visible to every owner — in real time, without having to ask.

Budget planning

The syndic proposes an annual budget — maintenance, shared services, reserves — and shares it with all owners inside Quorum. Owners can review the breakdown, ask questions and vote to approve or challenge it, all in one place. Once approved, actual expenses are measured against it and any significant deviation is immediately visible to everyone.

Expense tracking

Every expense uploaded into Quorum is categorised, dated and visible to all owners. When a plumber is called or a common area is repainted, the invoice goes into Quorum and every owner sees it. Over time this builds a clear picture of where the building's money actually goes — and makes it easy to spot recurring costs that could be renegotiated.

Note: Quorum is not automatically connected to your residents' or your building's bank account. The syndic, or a designated responsible person, uploads bank statements manually into the platform. Quorum then reads, organises and presents that information clearly to all owners.

Frequently asked questions

Who can see the building's financial data?
Only co-owners and the building manager (syndic) can see financial reports. Tenants do not have access to financial data. These permissions are enforced at the database level.
Can owners challenge a proposed budget?
Yes. Owners can review the full budget breakdown, ask questions directly in the platform, and vote to approve or challenge items during the general assembly.
How are expenses categorised?
Each expense is tagged with a category (maintenance, insurance, services, etc.), date, vendor, and amount. Over time, this creates a searchable history of all building expenditure.
