Digital voting

Quorum's digital voting is designed for owners who cannot or choose not to attend the assembly in person. The general assembly remains the primary venue for decisions — but absent owners can cast their vote in advance through the platform, with full legal validity. Every vote is recorded with the voter, their choice and a timestamp, in an audit trail that cannot be edited or deleted.

Proxy and representative voting

Any owner can formally delegate their voting rights to a proxy of their choice, or to the building's elected representative. The delegation is recorded before the assembly opens, so the proxy can vote on their behalf with full legitimacy. All delegations appear in the audit trail alongside direct votes — no ambiguity about who voted or on whose authority.
