Built for Europe, designed for trust. Quorum handles personal data with the care your residents deserve — and the rigour EU law requires.
Quorum was built with the GDPR in mind from day one, not retrofitted afterwards. We collect only what is strictly necessary to operate the platform. Every resident has the right to access, correct or delete their data — exercisable directly inside Quorum, without a formal request process.
All data lives on servers in Frankfurt, Germany and never leaves EU jurisdiction — not for processing, not for backups, not for support. EU data protection law only applies within its borders, and transferring data elsewhere puts residents under a different legal regime with fewer rights. With Quorum, that question never arises.
Every connection to Quorum uses TLS encryption — the same standard used by banks. All data stored in the database is encrypted at rest as well. Both layers are always on, for all users, with no configuration required.
What you can see in Quorum is determined by your role. A tenant cannot access financial reports. An owner cannot read a private issue filed by another resident. These boundaries are enforced at the database level — not just the interface — so there is no way to view data you are not authorised to access.
Quorum is a subscription product. Our revenue comes from buildings and residents who pay for the service — not from advertising or data brokers. Your residents' data is never shared with or sold to third parties, for any reason. No tracking pixels, no behavioural profiling, no exceptions.
